The new deal was a national program designed to help the economy of the United States during the great depression. Even though this was intended to help people close to a century ago, it is very much helpful today. Such examples of this are social security act and relief for the needy.

The social security law helps people who have worked their entire lives and makes sure they are financed in the later stages of their life. Even though there have been some issues with social security, such as the entire Republican party trying to repeal it, and being used for identifying theft, it still overall helps elderly people.

The relief for the needy helps individuals who can not buy themselves food by providing soup kitchens. Not only is this ideal for feeding people, but it also shows off the goodness of humans as they volunteer to feed the needy out of their own joy.

The agriculture act helps the farmers by subsidieing them and there fore helping the economy grow and helping them be good at farming by giving them cash to farm
