Mars Application

Just to clarify, I am not applying to go to Mars. Sorry Rose. This is just for an English assignment.

Mars

"Describe the world you come from -- for example, your family, community or school -- and tell us how your world has shaped your dream to journey to Mars." My family has a long history of success. My great-grandmother was a Jewish nurse in Nazi Germany and as such was held in a concentration camp in which she helped people with what she had. My great-great-grandfather on my father's side was a potential heir of Napoleon Bonaparte at a time where he did not have any of his own. My grandfather was a general for the Allied troops which led the push into the Rhineland and western Austria, capturing Tirol. Regardless of the fact that my father worked in the stock market, one of his many passions was space. Being 20 in the late 60's, my father, Micheal, had an uncanny interest for the space race. As we share similar interests, and by the success we have had on earth, I believe it is for me to continue this legacy to mars.

As I have clocked in 612 hours in Kerbal Space Program, I have a complex understanding of orbits, propulsion, landing, and gravity. I passed a coding class with 112%, a robotics class with 102%, and have consistently passed math with high 90's. Physically, I am not of the weak type so I could handle the G-forces of the lift-off. To end this off I believe firmly belive I would pass all of your tests and therefore would make a good Cosmonaut.
